The Advanced Innovation Center for Future Education of Beijing Normal University is an international and innovative center which aims to provide a high-level platform for educational research cooperation and cross-cultural communication on future education.

Supported by the Beijing municipal government, the center focuses on promoting the transition of Beijing educational public service from digitization to intelligence and supporting the establishment of a new model of educational service based on big data and artificial intelligence.

Educational and Psychological Measurement Researcher/ Assistant Researcher

Job Description
Educational and Psychological Measurement Researcher:
1. Carry out research on monitoring and intervention of psychological status of primary and middle school students in terms of their basic psychology, cognition, personality, emotion, and social network.
2. Cooperate with technical teams to develop relative software systems
3. Conduct first-line experiments and evaluate results
4. Publish papers and patents, apply for related research projects

Assistant Researcher:

1. Assist with the development of psychological assessment tools, data collection and data analysis.
2. Assist with scientific research and follow up project process.
3. Responsible to other affairs within the project team.

Qualifications
Educational and Psychological Measurement Researcher:
1. Ph.D. degree (or Master’s degree) in basic psychology, cognitive neuroscience, developmental psychology, psychometrics, educational psychology and school psychology, management psychology, clinical and consulting psychology or related fields.
2. Solid research backgrounds; have published 1 or more SCI / SSCI/ Peer-reviewed papers as the first author.
3. International perspectives, strong organizational, coordinative and decision-making capacity;
4. Teamwork ability and able to work under pressure.


Assistant Researcher:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Educational Psychology or other related fields.
2. Applicants should be skilled to use Eprime, SPSS and other commonly used research tools.
3. Strong work initiative and teamwork ability, good at learning and communication, a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Strong interests in psychological research.
5. Good command of Chinese is a plus.
